What kinds of soaps do you make?
1. All my soaps are of the herbal and natural kind. I don't use chemicals and the ingredients I use are organic and natural.
What kinds of herbal and natural soaps do you make?
1. Jelly herbal soaps - I call them jelly soaps because as compared to the ones sold in the market, my jelly soaps feel and look like jelly or gelatin. My husband almost ate them one time when he got home and saw my soaps laid out on the table. LOL! They're quite soft so you can actually rub one directly on your skin, as vigorously as you want. It's like having a spa right in your shower!
2. Regular herbal soap - They're the usual hard kind of soap but with natural and herbal ingredients.
3. Herbal soaps at travel sizes - My love for budget traveling has inspired me to make soaps that I can bring to different destinations whether it be the beach, the mountains, or the woods. Hence, my herbal soaps at travel sizes. Even outside of home, you can still take care of your skin the luscious and affordable way.
How do I order?
1. Go to the post where the product you want is listed.
2. Use the comment field on that post and state the following (or you can email me the details instead at thefrugalicious@gmail.com) :
a. name
b. cellphone number
c. email address
d. how many pieces you want to order
3. Wait for me to comment back. I will then indicate on the post that the items are now reserved under your name as well as the price (including shipping) that you need to pay.
4. You then have 3 days to deposit your payment via the following methods:
a. paypal
b. bank account
c. Kwarta Padala
d. Mhuillier / Cebuana Lhuillier
e. LBC

5. Text me as soon as you have paid for your order.
6. Pls. allow 3-5 business days for delivery. This applies to retail orders. For SOAP bulk/wholesale orders, please allow me 1-2 weeks after payment to make the soaps and ship them to you.
Can I reserve?
1. Yes, just indicate in the comment field how many pieces you want to reserve or you can email me the details instead at thefrugalicious@gmail.com.
2. I will then reply to confirm and I'll also indicate your reservation on the product post.
3. I can allow 3-5 days for reservation, depending on the demand and supply of the products.
How do I get a discount?
1. I give you 5% discount for liking all my FB pages. Let me know by commenting what name you used so I can verify.

2. Since I'm a blogger, I do have a special spot for bloggers as well. If you're a blogger, I'll give you additional 10% discount (so that's 15% total discount if you also liked my FB pages) if you:

b. make a blog post about The Frugalicious with anchor text herbal soaps, jelly soaps, beaded accessories, or Sexy Nomad Apparel within the body of the post with at least 150 words saying anything positive about my products and why you may want to try them.

3. For wholesalers, I give them discounts too:
a. 10% discount if purchase reaches Php500.00
b. 15% discount if purchase reaches Php800.00
c. 20% discount if purchase reaches Php1,200.00
d. 25% discount if purchase reaches Php2,000.00
e. 30% discount if purchase reaches Php3,000
How do you ship the items?
1. I use the services of Xend. My standard price for an order of 1 kilo or less within Metro Manila is Php100.00. Price of shipping fee for provincial orders will depend on your area and the weight of your soap order.
2. I ship on weekdays.
3. No shipping on weekends.
What is your rule about refunds?
1. My policy is no return no exchange.
What if I'm allergic to the herbal ingredients?
1. Before ordering, make sure you are not allergic to any of the natural ingredients I used. The ingredients are listed on each of my post on this site so prospective buyers will know what they will be applying on their skin. My soaps use natural ingredients and they're generally great for sensitive skin.
Can you make custom-made soaps and accessories?
1. Yes! If you have a particular accessory design and/or set of soap ingredients in mind, let me know and I can make the item just for you. :)
